To maintain the high nutritional value of our fishmeal, our
manufacturing
procedures include:
- Processing raw fish within two hours of receipt
- Cooking the raw fish with steam
- Pressing and drying the fish to form fishmeal
- Milling the coarse fishmeal into a fine powder
- Packing the fishmeal into 50-kg polypropylene bags
- Taking samples for laboratory tests to ensure conformance to requirements
- Storing the fishmeal properly to prevent deterioration
We have an in-house laboratory to conduct chemistry analysis to check the nutritional composition of our fishmeal products, to ensure compliance with our customers’ requirements.
